Workshops

Here is a list of workshops we run throughout the year:

Kettlebell 1 - Introduction
3 hours - $60 members, $70 non-members

Learn the basics of kettlebells from a good warm-up with general mobilization, positioning and proper posture throughout the swing and pull phase. 

Kettlebell 2 - Intermediate
3 hours - $60 members, $70 non-members

Learn technique and proper movement through basic and intermedate movements like the snatch, double kettlebell work, kettlebell jerk, etc.

Foundations 1 - Introduction
4 hours - $80 members, $90 non-members

Learn how to properly prepare your joints, avoid injury, hold proper body position, brace with your spine, provide torque before the lift or movement and more more!

Foundations 2 - Intermediate
4 hours - $80 members, $90 non-members

Review Foundations 1 material and go into detail on how to perform intermediate movements like the press, deadlift and jerk, and how to program for advanced movements versus conditioning movements.

Upper Body Mobility and Movement
4 hours - $80 members, $90 non-members
Learn how to open up new range of motion in your upper body, clear joint restrictions and fix problem areas and injuries in the shoulders, arms and spine. Learn different mobility and movement techniques like the Pressure Wave, PNF, Banded Flossing, Smash and Floss, Voodoo Bands, Tack and Twist, Flexion Gapping and more! This workshop includes progressions and regressions for the Pistol Squat and many other advanced lower body movements. The class finishes with a 30 minute lower body focused workout.

Lower Body Mobility and Movement
4 hours - $80 members, $90 non-members
Learn how to open up new range of motion in your lower body, clear joint restrictions and fix problem areas and injuries in the hips, knees, ankles, Achilles, Plantar, etc. Learn different mobility and movement techniques like the Pressure Wave, PNF, Banded Flossing, Smash and Floss, Voodoo Bands, Tack and Twist, Flexion Gapping and more! This workshop includes progressions and regressions for the Pistol Squat and many other advanced lower body movements. The class finishes with a 30 minute lower body focused workout.
